Drowned Madonna’s reader Afonso asked Live Nation about the Sticky & Sweet Tour DVD.

Here is what they told him:

“The Sticky & Sweet Tour DVD will be recording in Madison Square Garden, New York City.
October, 11 and October 12.“

This would make sense, as Madison Square Garden is one of the few venues on the tour that she is playing for multiple, consecutive nights, and can be filmed multiple times to provide different camera angles, coverage, and edit out any problems or errors.

On the 23rd of August, 2008, Madonna begins her eighth and biggest world tour to date, "The Sticky & Sweet Tour 2008". Following 2006's record breaking "Confessions Tour", which saw Madonna descending from the ceiling inside a giant glitter ball, straddling a robotic horse and being crucified upon a disco cross, "The Sticky & Sweet Tour" is set to be bigger, and better.
